JUSTIFICATION OF MICROVASCULATURE PERFUSION CRITERIA INFORMATIVE VALUE
Objective. To justify the exchange channel reperfusion criteria informative value, its compliance with the childish metabolism intensity in the post-aggressive period.
Materials and methods. We examined 210 children with purulent inflammatory diseases: necrotizing enterocolitis and congenital pneumonia.
Results. In a post-aggressive period, along with the classic hemodynamic parameters, it is necessary to monitor the hemodynamics adequacy such as the venous glycemia, oxygen partial pressure (рО2), hydrogen partial pressure (рН+), carbon dioxide partial pressure (рСО2), hydrocarbonate ions concentration (НСО3–), lactatemia, hemoglobin saturation (SatO2) associated metabolically and integrating the microcirculation perfusion.
Conclusion. It is impossible to assess the circulation adequacy in the post-aggressive period timely analyzing the classic haemodynamic parameters only.
