FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH ANXIETY-DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS PRESENCE IN PERIMENOPAUSAL WOMEN
One hundred and twenty seven perimenopausal women were examined for identifying and analyzing the factors associated with the anxiety-depressive disorders presence in perimenopausal patients. The researchers used the modified menopausal Kupperman—Uvarova index (MMI), the Greene Climacteric Scale (GCS), the Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), the Utian Quality of Life Scale (UQOL). Comparative and correlation analyses of the socio-demographic, obstetric-gynecological, psycho-psychiatric signs, sexual characteristics, and somatic status in perimenopausal women were carried out. The factors associated with anxiety-depressive disorders presence in perimenopausal women such as the age, the index of the MMI psychoemotional component, the GCS depression and anxiety, the life stress high level, absence of sexual relations identified would provide diagnosing these disorders with a high degree of probability.
