Efficacy of hypofractinating adjuvant radiotherapy for managing early breast cancer
The diagnostic criteria of the short QT syndrome and arrhythmia mechanisms in this syndrome are presented in the article. The genetic subtypes of the short QT syndrome and secondary causes of this syndrome are described. The asymptomatic short QT syndrome clinical case in a young pregnant patient is presented (corrected QT interval 280— 310 ms). Drug therapy methods, risk stratification of sudden cardiac death and indications for cardioverter-defibrillator implantation in patients with the short QT syndrome are described.
